农牧交错带属于生态敏感区，因其生态和经济的矛盾日益突出并受到广泛关注，已经成为我国生态建设、结构调整的焦点区域。康平县位于北方农牧交错带的边缘。本文用景观生态学指导康平县生态规划，并提出指导其生态建设的建议，试图为我国农牧交错带等生态敏感区的生态建设提供一定的理论指导。
農牧交錯帶屬于生態敏感區，因其生態和經濟的矛盾日益突齣併受到廣汎關註，已經成為我國生態建設、結構調整的焦點區域。康平縣位于北方農牧交錯帶的邊緣。本文用景觀生態學指導康平縣生態規劃，併提齣指導其生態建設的建議，試圖為我國農牧交錯帶等生態敏感區的生態建設提供一定的理論指導。

Agro-grazing ecotone has been the focus region of ecological construction and industrial structure adjustment in China according to the conflict of ecology and economy. This paper adopt the principle of ecological footprint, programs the ecological planning of Kangping county according to the landscape ecology, In the last, some advice of ecological construction has been put forward, We would like to propose some experience for other counties.
