作为培养泉州经济管理和建设人才主要地方性高校，泉州师院主动服务地方经济发展，既是贯彻党的教育方针的必然要求，也是泉州建设现代化工贸港口城市的必由之路。其工商信息学院必须牢固树立立足地方、依靠地方、主动采取全方位服务的措施，增强服务的时效性、有效性，将服务泉州经济社会发展作为自身办学的目标。
作為培養泉州經濟管理和建設人纔主要地方性高校，泉州師院主動服務地方經濟髮展，既是貫徹黨的教育方針的必然要求，也是泉州建設現代化工貿港口城市的必由之路。其工商信息學院必鬚牢固樹立立足地方、依靠地方、主動採取全方位服務的措施，增彊服務的時效性、有效性，將服務泉州經濟社會髮展作為自身辦學的目標。

The local universities must train various kinds of talents and serve the local economic development actively,which not only is a requirement of the Party＇s educational principles but also is the only way to build Quanzhou into a harbour city with modernized industry and trade. The school of industrial and commercial management of Quanzhou Normal University must firmly establish the consciousness of basing on the local needs, depending on the local government and serving the local development actively,adopt omnidirectional service measures to enhance the effectiveness of the service work and take all kinds of advantage fully such as knowledge,talent resources and creative ability,etc.
