我国教育领域实行股份制办学在实践与理论上已有探讨，但仍有两个基本问题应该做深入探析却未受到重视：一是将股份制从经济领域“借鉴”到教育领域，如何保证教育本质不变“质”？二是股份制办学能否在教育领域推广，是否是今后我国教育改革的主流问题？妥善解决这两个基本问题，才能促进教育事业更好更快地发展。
我國教育領域實行股份製辦學在實踐與理論上已有探討，但仍有兩箇基本問題應該做深入探析卻未受到重視：一是將股份製從經濟領域“藉鑒”到教育領域，如何保證教育本質不變“質”？二是股份製辦學能否在教育領域推廣，是否是今後我國教育改革的主流問題？妥善解決這兩箇基本問題，纔能促進教育事業更好更快地髮展。
아국교육영역실행고빈제판학재실천여이론상이유탐토，단잉유량개기본문제응해주심입탐석각미수도중시：일시장고빈제종경제영역“차감”도교육영역，여하보증교육본질불변“질”？이시고빈제판학능부재교육영역추엄，시부시금후아국교육개혁적주류문제？타선해결저량개기본문제，재능촉진교육사업경호경쾌지발전。
A number of groups have begun to explore the stock-holding system in China＇s educational field. However, there are two problems which should be analyzed deeply but never be thought seriously： 1. How to protect the educational essence ？ 2. Could the share system of education spread in educational field？ At the same time, whether is it a mainstream problem in China＇s educational reform in the future ？ We must resolve the two problems properly so that the educational business can develop better and faster.
