我国教育领域实行股份制办学在实践与理论上已有探讨,但仍有两个基本问题应该做深入探析却未受到重视:一是将股份制从经济领域“借鉴”到教育领域,如何保证教育本质不变“质”?二是股份制办学能否在教育领域推广,是否是今后我国教育改革的主流问题?妥善解决这两个基本问题,才能促进教育事业更好更快地发展。

A number of groups have begun to explore the stock-holding system in China's educational field. However, there are two problems which should be analyzed deeply but never be thought seriously: 1. How to protect the educational essence ? 2. Could the share system of education spread in educational field? At the same time, whether is it a mainstream problem in China's educational reform in the future ? We must resolve the two problems properly so that the educational business can develop better and faster.
