农民工培训投入决策的动因是多方面的，而且在转移前和转移后其对培训的想法并不是完全一致的，培训投入影响因素需要分两阶段仔细梳理。本论文通过对江苏9个地级市农民工的问卷调查，采用赫克曼两阶段估计法，对农民工两阶段主动培训投入影响因素进行了定量分析。研究结果表明，培训变量是影响农民工培训投入的重要因素。其中培训费用和培训效果直接影响到农民工是否主动接受技能培训以及培训投入的规模。同时，农民工转移前培训投入还受到培训供给状况以及政府补贴的影响：转移后培训投入还受到生活看法、相关群体以及所在行业等方面的影响。此外，农民工自身及家庭的诸多变量同样对培训投入决策产生了重要影响。

The influence factors for peasant laborer training investment decision making is varied. Moreover, the attitudes towards training prior to and posterior to transfer are not completely consistent. The training investment influence factors need to be divided into two stages for a clear combing and categorization. Questionnaires for the migrant peasant laborers in 9 prefecture level cities are used to quantitatively analyze two-stage initiative training investment influence factors through the Heckman two-stage estimate method. The results show that the training variable is an important factor affecting the training investment. Peasant laborers＇ initiative training choice and the training investment size are directly influenced by the over-estimate of the training cost and the under-estimate of training benefits. The migrant peasant laborers＇ prior-transfer training investment is also affected by the training provisions and the government＇ s stipends. And the post transfer training investment is also influenced by the life attitude, related groups and occupational differences on the part of peasant laborers. Prior transfer training decision is affected by such variables as peasant laborers themselves and their familv background.
