一个地区的经济发展离不开该地区企业特别是地方企业的崛起和支持。新疆少数民族企业作为刚刚起步的企业群，对地区经济的发展、民族消费市场的开发和就业等起着举足轻重的作用。本文对新疆少数民族企业发展的现状进行了分析，并提出几点建议。

Economic development in a region cannot be separated from the rise and support of enterprises of that region. Minority enterprises in Xinjiang, as young upstarts of enterprise groups, are playing a critical role in developing regional enterprises, exploiting minority consume market and developing regional economy. Discussions over the minority enterprise development is of great practical importance to the understanding the management characteristics of minority enterprises and promotion of the management level. This paper carries on an analysis of present situation and characteristics of the minority enterprise development and puts forward some suggestions.
