研究间歇性大强度运动及热浴预处理后大鼠血液成分变化,为大强度运动与免疫抑制及预防提供理论依据。选取雄性Wistar大鼠19只,随机分为对照组、间歇性大强度运动组及热浴预处理组,采用“电击跳跃法”持续12周建立间歇性大强度运动造模,取大鼠全血检测。结果显示,间歇性大强度训练组白细胞数明显低于对照组,热浴预处理组与对照组间无明显差异。红细胞数、血红蛋白值三组均无明显差异。结果说明间歇性大强度运动可导致大鼠白细胞数量明显下降,表明免疫功能下降,但同时并未导致运动性贫血。运动前局部热浴预处理可预防间歇性大强度运动所致免疫抑制。

연구간헐성대강도운동급열욕예처리후대서혈액성분변화,위대강도운동여면역억제급예방제공이론의거。선취웅성Wistar대서19지,수궤분위대조조、간헐성대강도운동조급열욕예처리조,채용“전격도약법”지속12주건립간헐성대강도운동조모,취대서전혈검측。결과현시,간헐성대강도훈련조백세포수명현저우대조조,열욕예처리조여대조조간무명현차이。홍세포수、혈홍단백치삼조균무명현차이。결과설명간헐성대강도운동가도치대서백세포수량명현하강,표명면역공능하강,단동시병미도치운동성빈혈。운동전국부열욕예처리가예방간헐성대강도운동소치면역억제。
To study the change of blood component in rats at the time of sports of intermittent high intensity exercise and after the heat bath preconditioning. 19 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups. After being modeled by "electric shock jump" for 12 weeks, the blood of rats were draw. In comparison with control group, the number of WBC in training group was significant decreased, but it's was not markedly difference compared to preconditioned group by heat bath. While the number of RBC and Hb value had no notable change in the three groups. Intermittent high intensity exercise would markedly decrease amount of WBC. This result indicates immunity of body is low but not causes obvious movable anemia. Meanwhile, heat bath preconditioning can prevent the decline of immunity.
