中国商业银行引入外资广受关注，但随着改革发展的进一步深入，也发现了一些问题，主要表现在合作基础薄弱、中外金融生态环境不一致、语言文化沟通困难等方面。为了兴利除弊，必须明确引资目标、加强监管引导、注重交流沟通，给外籍管理者发挥才能的空间，从而使商业银行引资达到“引制”、“引智”的目的。
