公安应用写作是一门实践性很强的工具学科,掌握好、运用好公安应用写作对于推动公安工作的发展、保障公安机关行政管理工作和办案的高质量,具有十分重要的意义。当前应改变公安应用写作课的被动局面,进行大胆改革,提高学生的应用写作能力,提高公安文书写作课的教学质量。改革中应遵循科学的教学原则,采用讲练结合、情景教学、学生讲课、自学讨论、批改习作、实习作业、多媒体教学等形式。进一步改变考试考核方式,巩固学生所学知识。

Practical writing of public security is an instrument subject of very strong practicality. It＇s of great importance for promoting the development of public security and ensuring the high quality of administrative management work as well as case handling to well master and apply writing of public security. At present, passive situation in the writing course of public security should be changed and bold reform must be made to enhance students＇ ability of document writing as well as upgrade teaching quality of the writing course of public security. Scientific principles must be abided by in the course of reform. Such forms as combining teaching with practice, situational teaching, students giving lessons, self - study discussion, correcting exercises, practice exercises as well as multimedia teaching should be adopted. Further reforming the examination forms and consolidate what the students have learned.
