运用文献资料、访谈问卷调查等研究方法,以省市10余所公安院校近300名警体教师为个案,从工作心情、工作乐趣、工作动力、成就体现、工作压力、工作地位、再择业倾向以及对自身学校感受等方面考察,分析了警体教师职业心理状态,提出了调整警体教师职业心态的若干建议,旨在全面提高警体教师的职业心理素质,有效推动警体工作的改革发展。
運用文獻資料、訪談問捲調查等研究方法,以省市10餘所公安院校近300名警體教師為箇案,從工作心情、工作樂趣、工作動力、成就體現、工作壓力、工作地位、再擇業傾嚮以及對自身學校感受等方麵攷察,分析瞭警體教師職業心理狀態,提齣瞭調整警體教師職業心態的若榦建議,旨在全麵提高警體教師的職業心理素質,有效推動警體工作的改革髮展。
운용문헌자료、방담문권조사등연구방법,이성시10여소공안원교근300명경체교사위개안,종공작심정、공작악취、공작동력、성취체현、공작압력、공작지위、재택업경향이급대자신학교감수등방면고찰,분석료경체교사직업심리상태,제출료조정경체교사직업심태적약간건의,지재전면제고경체교사적직업심리소질,유효추동경체공작적개혁발전。
Through such research methods as literature material, interview and questionnaires, based on the individual cases of all but 300 police PE teachers in over ten public security colleges and universities, the article analyzes the professional psychological state of police P. E. teachers from the respects of working feeling, working interest, working motivation, embodiment of achievement, work pressure and status, tendency in finding new jobs as well as the feeling toward their own school. It offers some proposals on how to adjust the professional psychological state of police P, E. teachers for the sake of enhancing professional psychological quality of police P. E. teachers and effectively promoting the reform and development of the work of police P. E.
