运用基于企业理论的博弈分析和行为分析,研究社会资本作为知识密集型企业激励其内部决策者在知识运用努力上的激励方式的有效性及成功激励的条件。揭示了作为协作决策体系的知识密集型企业内部知识工作者在知识运用中具有投入不足的倾向;在决策的知识运用中,激励的影响因素有知识专业化所致的决策者之间相互理解度的下降、每个决策者决策的自主性增强、决策者之间相互尊重的程度提高、企业成员受到知识密集型企业的约束增强;社会资本激励起作用的条件是其激励不小于企业最优要求下其成员在协作决策中所付出努力水平与其个人最优要求下所付出的努力水平之差。由此可得结论:在知识密集型企业内,企业有效激励其成员在协作决策的知识运用中更为有效的激励方式是类似于社会资本这样的社会性激励方式。

The effectiveness of the social capital as the incentive way of knowledge intensive enterprise was studied to promote the degree of efforts in knowledge use of its decision-makers within business and the effective terms of successful incentive of the social capital by using game analysis and behavior analysis based on the theory of the firm. The results revealed that the knowledge worker within the knowledge intensive enterprise as a system of collaboration decision the involvement was insufficient; the influence factors of incentive were the decreasing in degree of mutual understanding among the decision-makers brought on by knowledge specialization, increasing in independence of each decision-maker's choice,improving in level of mutual respect among the decision -makers, and strengthening in restriction to the members of the knowledge intensive enterprises; and the effective term of social capital incentive was that its incentive is not less than the balance of personal endeavor degree in system of collabo-ration decision-make under the enterprise's maximum request and under the personal maximum request. Form the above, the conclusion comes out that, within the knowledge intensive enterprises, more effective incentive way of knowledge use in decision-making is the social incentive way such as social capital for their members.
