运用系统分析的方法和有关人才培养理论，从科研视角分析了高等院校中级人才的成长因素，阐述了高校中级人才科研能力和管理能力的培养途径，探讨了如何营造有利于高校中级人才成长的体制，以期为中国高校中级人才队伍建设提供理论借鉴和参考。
運用繫統分析的方法和有關人纔培養理論，從科研視角分析瞭高等院校中級人纔的成長因素，闡述瞭高校中級人纔科研能力和管理能力的培養途徑，探討瞭如何營造有利于高校中級人纔成長的體製，以期為中國高校中級人纔隊伍建設提供理論藉鑒和參攷。

To quicken middle-class talents fostering in institutes of higher education, the methods of systems analysis and the theory of talents fostering are advanced to analyse the growth factors from the perspective of scientific research. I t also expounds the approach to fostering the ability of scientific research and management. Finally a discussion is made on the condition and system of middle-class talents growth so that theoretical references and useful guidance can be put forward for the talent team construction in institutes of higher education in our country.
