目的:通过10周康复运动观察对中老年糖尿病人的功能性体适能的影响。方法:对31例Ⅱ型糖尿病人合并有高血脂症患者进行Rikli and Jones制定的功能性体适能测试方法进行测试。结果:10周康复运动对受测试者的BMIWHR及脉压几项危险因素均有所降低;功能性体适能也相应提高。其余项目虽未达到统计学要求值,但也有一定积极效果。结论:康复运动可以做为中老年糖尿病人的治疗方法之一,且能收到良好效果。

목적:통과10주강복운동관찰대중노년당뇨병인적공능성체괄능적영향。방법:대31례Ⅱ형당뇨병인합병유고혈지증환자진행Rikli and Jones제정적공능성체괄능측시방법진행측시。결과:10주강복운동대수측시자적BMIWHR급맥압궤항위험인소균유소강저;공능성체괄능야상응제고。기여항목수미체도통계학요구치,단야유일정적겁효과。결론:강복운동가이주위중노년당뇨병인적치료방법지일,차능수도량호효과。
Objective: Observe the impact of ten -week health restoration exercises on the functional physical adaptability of Middle - Aged and Old Diabetes Patients. Method : Apply the methods of Rikli and Jones to test the functional physical adaptability on 31 Ⅱ type diabetes patients complicated with high blood fat. Results: Such risk factors as BMI, WHR and pulse pressure of the testee are lowered, functional physical adaptability is raised. Ten - week health restoration exercises have positive effect on other items even if the latter cannot meet the standard demanded by statistics. Conclusion: Health restoration exercises can be used to treat diabetes patients and expected to work well.
