城市群已经成为推动一个国家或地区经济发展的主要动力。浙中城市群是浙江中西部地区经济发展的重要增长极，但其尚未形成一个具有吸引力的中心城市。本文基于浙中城市群现状，运用位序一规模律及zipf维数分析浙中城市群的等级规模问题，阐述城市群主轴聚合的必要性，并根据城市发展的一般规律，提出打造金义新城，实现主轴聚合的建议。
성시군이경성위추동일개국가혹지구경제발전적주요동력。절중성시군시절강중서부지구경제발전적중요증장겁，단기상미형성일개구유흡인력적중심성시。본문기우절중성시군현상，운용위서일규모률급zipf유수분석절중성시군적등급규모문제，천술성시군주축취합적필요성，병근거성시발전적일반규률，제출타조금의신성，실현주축취합적건의。
The urban agglomeration has become the main drive to impulse the economic development of a country or an area. Although Zhezhong Urban Agglomeration is an important growth pole to economic development in the middle west of Zhejiang area, it hasn＇t come into an attractive central city. This paper based on the actualities of Zhezhong Urban Agglomeration, using the Rank-Size Rule and the Zipf＇ s Rule to analyze the grading scale structure issues of Zhezhong Urban Agglomeration to expound the necessity of integrating the main axis of the urban agglomeration. And moreover, according to the rules of the development of a city, we suggest that we shoud construct a New Jin-Yi City and put the integration of the main axis into effect.
