高校教学质量保障下的教师激励机制是高校教学质量保障体系的重要组戍部分。分析高校教师的心理需求特点，提出高校教学质量教师激励机制具体实践措施，最大限度地激发教师在教学质量保障体系中的积极性、主动性和创造性。

Incentive mechanism is the important part of university education quality assurance system. Based on the theory ofincen-tive, the author analyzed the characteristics of college teachers＇ psychological demand, proposed four principles and practical measures to establish the incentive mechanism of higher education quality with the purpose of stimulating the teachers＇ enthusiasm, initiative and creativity at most in the teaching quality assurance system.
