Promoting leap-forward development of Tibet economy, it should follow the theory of growth pole and point-axis development. Depending on Qinghai-Tibet railway, taking the cities along the railway as pole at present is to form Qinghai-Tibet railway economic belt so that it can lead to the leap-forward development of Tibet economy.
