通过对1179名大学生问卷调查,对首次编制的锻炼外部动机量表进行了信度和效度检验,并考察了大学生锻炼外部动机和内部动机的关系,以及对锻炼行为的影响。结果表明:1)锻炼外部动机量表具有良好的信度和效度,配合MPAMR锻炼内部动机量表可以较全面地测量大学生的锻炼动机;2)大学生的锻炼动机可以分为内部动机(乐趣、能力、外貌、健康和社交)和外部动机(制度和服从);3)外部动机和部分内部动机(乐趣动机、能力动机和健康动机)之间表现为负相关关系,外部动机和部分内部动机(外貌动机、社交动机)之间则表现为正相关关系;(4)激发锻炼内部动机有利于大学生积极参与体育锻炼,锻炼的外部动机太强可能抑制学生的内部动机,不利于学生长期坚持体育锻炼。
通過對1179名大學生問捲調查,對首次編製的鍛煉外部動機量錶進行瞭信度和效度檢驗,併攷察瞭大學生鍛煉外部動機和內部動機的關繫,以及對鍛煉行為的影響。結果錶明:1)鍛煉外部動機量錶具有良好的信度和效度,配閤MPAMR鍛煉內部動機量錶可以較全麵地測量大學生的鍛煉動機;2)大學生的鍛煉動機可以分為內部動機(樂趣、能力、外貌、健康和社交)和外部動機(製度和服從);3)外部動機和部分內部動機(樂趣動機、能力動機和健康動機)之間錶現為負相關關繫,外部動機和部分內部動機(外貌動機、社交動機)之間則錶現為正相關關繫;(4)激髮鍛煉內部動機有利于大學生積極參與體育鍛煉,鍛煉的外部動機太彊可能抑製學生的內部動機,不利于學生長期堅持體育鍛煉。
통과대1179명대학생문권조사,대수차편제적단련외부동궤량표진행료신도화효도검험,병고찰료대학생단련외부동궤화내부동궤적관계,이급대단련행위적영향。결과표명:1)단련외부동궤량표구유량호적신도화효도,배합MPAMR단련내부동궤량표가이교전면지측량대학생적단련동궤;2)대학생적단련동궤가이분위내부동궤(악취、능력、외모、건강화사교)화외부동궤(제도화복종);3)외부동궤화부분내부동궤(악취동궤、능력동궤화건강동궤)지간표현위부상관관계,외부동궤화부분내부동궤(외모동궤、사교동궤)지간칙표현위정상관관계;(4)격발단련내부동궤유리우대학생적겁삼여체육단련,단련적외부동궤태강가능억제학생적내부동궤,불리우학생장기견지체육단련。
The external exercise motivations inventory (EEMI) was tested on its reliability and validity based on a survey of 117 9 students, the relationship between internal and external motivations of exercise and their influence on exercise were also studied. The result shows that : 1 ) the EEMI is a reliable and valid measure for exercise external motivation, so exercise motivation may be roundly measured by combining EEMI with MPAM-R which is a measure of exercise internal motivation; 2)the exercise motivation of college students can be categorize as internal motivation ( enjoyment, competence, appearance, fitness and social) and external motivation (rule and submission); 3)the external motivation is negative related with some internal motivation (enjoyment, competence and fitness), while are positive related with other internal motivation (appearance and social);4)inspiriting internal motivation is helpful for students to participate exercise, external motivation may weaken internal motivation and persistence of exercise.
