制定全国清真食品管理法规时,应当对清真食品概念界定、清真食品标识使用、执法主体、违规处罚等问题进行重点考量,以更好地落实民族、宗教政策,切实保障信仰伊斯兰教各民族的风俗习惯,维护民族团结,共建和谐社会。
製定全國清真食品管理法規時,應噹對清真食品概唸界定、清真食品標識使用、執法主體、違規處罰等問題進行重點攷量,以更好地落實民族、宗教政策,切實保障信仰伊斯蘭教各民族的風俗習慣,維護民族糰結,共建和諧社會。
제정전국청진식품관리법규시,응당대청진식품개념계정、청진식품표식사용、집법주체、위규처벌등문제진행중점고량,이경호지락실민족、종교정책,절실보장신앙이사란교각민족적풍속습관,유호민족단결,공건화해사회。
In making regulations on nationwide Muslim food management, it is advisable to take the following aspects into full considerations: the defining of Muslim food, the utilization of the signs, the main body of executing law on the management as well as punishment on violating the rules and laws of Muslim food , thus will be better implement ethnical and religious policies of the Party and State, guarantee in real earnest the customs of all nationalities who are believing Islam, on this basis, further maintain the unity of all nationalities, and build a harmonious society.
