运用问卷调查、数理统计、结构方程模型等方法对重庆高校学生体育锻炼的动机及其影响因素进行多维度分析。研究表明：多维度的因素对多维度的体育锻炼动机影响程度不同，其中，兴趣爱好是高校学生体育锻炼的主要动机，体育运动能力、学校运动设施是学生体育锻炼动机的主要影响维度，体育教师素质对培养学生体育锻炼的兴趣和爱好也有较大的促进作用。

By applying such methods as questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and structural equation model, the authors carded out a multidimensional analysis and research on the physical exercise motives of college students in Chongqing and their affecting factors, and revealed the following findings： multidimensional factors affect multidimensional physical exercise motives differently, in which interest and hobby are the main physical exercise motives of college students, while sports ability and school sports facility are the main dimensions that affect student＇s physical exercise motives, and physical education teacher＇s capacity plays a relative big role in boosting the cultivation of student＇s physical exercise interest and hobby.
