近年来,国外研究者在3＋1Cs模型基础上针对教练员运动员之间的人际关系进行了一系列的质性与量的研究,结果表明,以相互依赖理论为基础的3＋1Cs模型有助于运动心理学工作者从亲密性、义务感、互补性以及相互定位四个方面来测量、描述、预测与干预教练员与运动员之间的关系。采用文献资料研究方法,通过对3＋1Cs理论模型的分析,全面地介绍了教练员与运动员关系的概念、理论及应用情况,并进一步展望了该领域的研究与应用前景。

To date, there are a series of qualitative and quantitative research on the Coach- Athlete Relationship based on Jowett＇s 3 ＋ 1Cs, and the resu/ts revealed that Jowctr＇s model is useful for sport psychology practitioners in terms of closeness, commitment, complementarity and co- orientation to measure, describe, predict and intervene the relationship between the coach and athlete, Through the analysis of 3 ＋ 1Cs theoretical model, the purpose of this article was to introduce the overall background of the concept, theory, and application of the coach - athlete Relationship with document and information research method, and make a prospect on research and application of this field.
