《户律》318简“有籍县官田宅”一句，应释为“又籍县官田宅”，即又登记国家所有的田宅，并上报所在县廷。317简“卿以上所自田户田，不租，不出顷刍柬”的句意颇有争议，其实，“所自田户田”即户内经营的户田；“不租”即不出田租。《置后律》384简“女子为户毋后而出嫁者”主要是指女儿“代为户”，意味着原有家庭已经“户绝”。
《호률》318간“유적현관전택”일구，응석위“우적현관전택”，즉우등기국가소유적전택，병상보소재현정。317간“경이상소자전호전，불조，불출경추간”적구의파유쟁의，기실，“소자전호전”즉호내경영적호전；“불조”즉불출전조。《치후률》384간“녀자위호무후이출가자”주요시지녀인“대위호”，의미착원유가정이경“호절”。
