城乡统筹是未来我国经济社会的发展方向，农民工养老保险制度调适应有利于保障农民工权益，有助于缩小城乡收入差距，便利劳动力流动。农民工问题是实现城乡统筹的重要突破口之一，农民工养老保险模式能否适应及促进城乡统筹发展是社会保障城乡统筹的关键所在。目前部分省市试行的农民工养老保险制度带有明显的地域性、封闭性和过渡性，需要以城乡统筹为核心来完善农民工养老保险制度。
城鄉統籌是未來我國經濟社會的髮展方嚮，農民工養老保險製度調適應有利于保障農民工權益，有助于縮小城鄉收入差距，便利勞動力流動。農民工問題是實現城鄉統籌的重要突破口之一，農民工養老保險模式能否適應及促進城鄉統籌髮展是社會保障城鄉統籌的關鍵所在。目前部分省市試行的農民工養老保險製度帶有明顯的地域性、封閉性和過渡性，需要以城鄉統籌為覈心來完善農民工養老保險製度。

At present, the rural workers＇ Old -Age Insurance System in every city has regionalism, closeness and transitivity , so the rural workers＇ Old- Age Insurance System need to be bettered, with the development of the plan the urban and rural as a whole. Compare the main kinds of rural workers＇ Old - Age Insurance System modles and analyse the coordination of the plan the urban and rural as a whole, so policy proposals are put forward to better the rural workers＇ Old -Age Insurance System.
