基于心理学的活动流畅体验理论,对大学生体育选课满意度进行探索,认为不同体育教学内容使学生活动获得的流畅体验是不同的;学生选课的满意度主要与学生对体育课程内容的认知、自我运动能力的认知、选课期望有关。

Based on the theory of fluid motion experience in psychology, the authors carried out an exploratory discussion about the degree of satisfaction of college student at physical education course selection, and put forward the following opinions: the fluid experience gained by students during exercising from different physical education teaching contents is different; the degree of satisfaction of students at course selection is mainly related to students' understanding of physical education curriculum contents and their own sports capacity, and to their expectation for course selection.
