全球化为人类提供了认知世界的新思维。随着人类共同利益意识的提高．人类的视角一定程度上从国家政治转向非国家政治。国家利益最大化与人类共同利益高于一切的价值追求一定程度上存在逻辑矛盾和现实冲突，维护人类共同利益成为关涉政治道德理性、责任伦理和“顾及”原则的价值选择。以对人类负责的精神、超越国家利益最大化、维护人类共同利益应当是中国的价值选择。
全毬化為人類提供瞭認知世界的新思維。隨著人類共同利益意識的提高．人類的視角一定程度上從國傢政治轉嚮非國傢政治。國傢利益最大化與人類共同利益高于一切的價值追求一定程度上存在邏輯矛盾和現實遲突，維護人類共同利益成為關涉政治道德理性、責任倫理和“顧及”原則的價值選擇。以對人類負責的精神、超越國傢利益最大化、維護人類共同利益應噹是中國的價值選擇。

Globalization has supplied a new thinking dimension. Along with the enhancement of the consciousness of common human interests, the human perspective has, to a certain degree, shifted from state politics to non-state politics. There are logic contradictions and practical conflicts between the maximization of state interests and the value pursuance for the paramount common human interests. The maintenance of the common human interests has become a choice of values related to political-morality reason, responsibility ethics and the principle of ＂caring for…＂. It should be a choice of China＇s values to go beyond her maximization of state interests so as to maintain the common human interests.
