改革开放以后我国的高等教育是从体制改革入手的,而后逐步过渡到课程、教学改革。改革的前提是增加投入,关键是体制改革,核心是教学改革,其中必须认识“关键”与“核心”的辩证关系。在教学改革中,要辩证地处理好教学过程中知识与智能的关系;专才与通才的关系;教师主导与学生主体等几对关系。除关注学习国内外的先进教学方法之外,教师还可以根据学科专业特点和学生实际,改革和创新教学方法。信息化时代的到来,使得传统教学面临许多新的难题,还需要不断改革探索。大学教学管理制度方面的改革目前主要应在修正学分制和构建内外结合的教学质量保障体制方面下工夫。

Since the implementation of the reform and opening up police, reforms have been made first in the educational system and then in curriculum and teaching. The prerequisite of the reforms is increase of investment, the key structural reform and the central task teaching reform. And the dialectic relationship between the key and the central task must be fully understood. In teaching reform, the relationship between knowledge and intelligence in the course of teaching, that between specialized talents and all-round talents and that between teachers' domination and students' subject position must be dialectically handled. Teachers should al- ways keep an eye on the advanced teaching methods home and abroad, and at the same time make reforms and innovations in their teaching according to the features of their specialties and their students' actual conditions. With the advent of the information age, many difficulties have arisen in the traditional teaching, which demands constant exploration and reform. As for the reform in the university teaching management system, at present efforts should be made in perfecting the credit system and constructing a teaching quality assurance system which combines internal and external supervision.
