The whole world has been entering a culture-dominating stage while the integration of economy and culture is becoming the times' trend and characteristic. This article takes Shengli Oilfield Dongsheng Company as a particular case so as to summarize the formation pattern of Dongsheng corporate culture, to generalize its basic characteristics, and to construe its superiority and peculiarity. It is concluded that the development of Dongsheng corporate culture is based on four main demands, which are the adaptation to the oil company management system, the reorganization and conformity of the working teams, the coordination and adjustment of the corporate-personnel relationship, and development of the marginal hydrocarbon reserves reserves. The formation pattern of Dongsheng corporate culture can be basically summarized as "Three forces jointly influence the thoughts, the double win and mutual development of corporate and individual", Which is construed as to insist the orientation and direction of "the double win and mutual development of corporate and individual" , to take as the foundatio the systematic motivity and power of corporate culture, regulations and strategy, to infiltrate the organization and administrate the employees' behavior.
