This paper, by analyzing factors influencing payment balance of pension insurance in Xinjiang, establishes the model of pension insurance payments, makes a quantitative analysis of sensitivity about various factors that caused changes of pension insurance revenue and expenditure, and obtains certain enlightenment from the result.
