Magnesium(Mg); the activity of heart; influence
镁在机体内起重要作用,它与三磷酸腺苷等形成复合物而激活许多重要的酶,从而调节糖与蛋白质代谢.缺镁常引起细胞内失钾,并使细胞的氧化磷酸化作用受影响.镁对神经肌肉系统有一定抑制作用.在心血管系统中,镁可影响心肌收缩力、血压、心传导功能与心律,特别是对心律和心电图的影响更为明显.

Magnesium plays an important role in our body. Magnesium combines with triphosadenine to activate many important enzymes and regulate the metabolizing of sugar and protein. The lack of Mg usually cause the lose of intracellular K and influence the oxidative phosphorylation of the cell. Mg can suppress the nervous and muscle system. In the cardiovascular system, Mg is able to influence the contract of cardiac muscle, the blood pressure, the conduction of heart and the rhythm of the heart, especially the rhythm and ECG Light concentration of Mg has deeper effect than high concentration of Mg.
