It set forth the meaning and nature of professional sports leagues, made an analysis of professional sports organizations＇ monopoly and their free contest by way of gamblenature contest and positive analysis, gave some models and came to some basic conclusions. And meantime, taking professional soccer for example, it put forward some policy suggestions for the construction of professional sports leagues in our country.
