高校党建与思想政治教育工作是高校教育的重要组成部分，建立科学有效的评估体系对推动高校党建与思想政治教育的建设具有极其重要的意义。探讨了高校内部党建与思想政治工作评估的重要性与必要性，分析了构建高校内部党建与思想政治工作评估体系应遵循的五项原则。在认真研读相关文献的基础上，结合学校实际情况，初步构建了包含5个一级指标、17个二级指标以及35个观测点和一个特色项目的高校内部党建与思想政治工作评估体系．并探讨了高校内部党建与思想政治工作评估方法。

The university party building and the ideological and political education work is the important component of the university educations and it is of extremely vital significance to establish science effective appraisal system to impel the university party building and the Ideological and political education construction. This paper discussed the importance and necessity of appraisal in university internal party-building and the ideology political works, analyzed the five principles which should follow in the construction in university interior party building and the ideology political works appraisal system.On the basis of reading the related literature earnestly ,combining the school＇s actual situation, this paper constructed the university interior party building and the ideology political works appraisal system which contained 5 first-level targets, 17 second-level targets as well as 35 observation points and a characteristic project ,discussed the university interior party building and the ideology political works appraisal method.
