With the rapid development of universities,the sources of funds of running schools appear multielement pattern. All kinds of economic activites are active day by day, so financial management faces new questions. We must establish strict, perfect control system and effective, unclogged mechanism in order to suit the need of wealthy, continuous development of universities.
