城市化进程的加快带来了城市空前的繁荣,同时也给城市水资源安全带来了前所未有的压力。本文通过构建以水资源承载力为测度方法的水资源安全保障水平的优化模型,对成都市未来年份的适度入口容量加以预测分析,并在此基础上提出了确保缺水型城市水资源安全的相应措施。

With the fast process of urbanization, the city becomes more and more prosperity, at same time, it faces with the great pressure of water resources safety. By constructing the optimized model of water resources safety under the measure of water resources carrying capacity in the paper, the optimum population capacity of Chengdu City in the future is forecasted, and the countermeasures for the water resources safety of urban are put forward.
