以南方红豆杉(Taxus chinensis var.mairei Cheng et L.K.Fu)的营养器官嫩茎、叶和叶柄等为外植体进行愈伤组织诱导研究,试验结果表明:(1)各外植体中诱导愈伤组织的难易程度为叶柄处〉叶片〉茎段;(2)2,4-D比NKA更有利于愈伤组织的形成;(3)B5比MS培养基更有利于愈伤组织的形成,因此诱导南方红豆杉产生愈伤组织的最佳培养基配方是:B5+2,4-D4.0mg·L^-1。+ABT生根粉0.3g·L^-1,愈伤组织的诱导率达93%;(4)继代增殖培养的配方B5+2,4-D0.1mg·L^-1+ABT生根粉0.1g·L^-1,增殖系数可达3.6.

In this experiment, various explants - tender shoots, leaves and stalk derived from the Taxus ( chinensis var. mairei Cheng et L. K. Fu) had been used to induce the callus. The result showed that: (1)for inducing the callus,the optimized tissue were the leaves stalks , secondly were the leaves, finally the egments of tender shoots; (2) the optimum forum for inducing callus was: B5 + 2,4 - D4.0 mg·L^-1 + ABT0.3 mg·L^-1 . (3)B5 cultural medium was more effective than MS; (4)for subculture , B5 + 2,4 - D0. 1 + ABT0. 1mg·L^-1 could increase the propagational coefficient by 3.6.
