Organizational innovation is very important for modern enterprises. Based on the view of competition and competence, this paper makes an in-depth discussion on the development course,the inherent law and the trend of organizational innovation of modern enterprises,and brings forward some practical suggestions on organizational innovation strategies of knowledge enterprises from the perspective of competition and competence.
