科技型中小企业在我国不断发展壮大，已成为我国技术创新的重要源泉之一。然而我国科技型中小企业的发展刚刚起步，创新能力和竞争能力还有待提高，因此如何增强自身技术创新能力的问题已迫在眉睫。本文从国外科技型中小企业发展模式入手，分析了我国科技型中小企业的现状及技术创新劣势，论证了科技型中小企业要更好的发展必须走“合作创新”的道路。并从资源的互补性、技术和知识的扩散、风险分担等几个角度对科技型中小企业采取合作创新战略的优势进行分析，为科技型中小企业技术创新发展提供了新思路。

The small and medium-sized S＆T enterprises have been blooming rapidly in the domestic, which have become one of the important headsprings of technological innovation. However the small and medium-sized S＆T enterprises are in leading strings, the creative ability and the competitive ability are still needed to enhance, so the problem that how to enhance the creative ability is extremely urgent. This article started with the innovative mode of the developed nation and analyzed the innovation status quo and the inferior position of the small and medium-sized S＆T enterprises, demonstrating the inevitability of cooperative innovation, that if they want to develop better. In addition, the article analyzed the advantages of the cooperative innovation strategy from the risk share, the technology ＆ knowledge diffusion, the resources inter-complement and so on, providing the new thought for the technology innovation of small and medium-sized S＆T enterprises.
