目的:研究递增负荷运动对脑脊液(cerebrospinal fluid CSF)中单胺类神经递质动态变化的影响,为深入探讨运动性中枢神经疲劳机制提供基础研究资料。方法:29只SD雄性大鼠,随机分为对照组(C组,n=10)、递增负荷运动后即刻组(E1组,n=10)、递增负荷运动后24h组(E2组,n=9)。抽取大鼠CSF,用高效液相色谱-荧光检测法检测CSF中去甲肾上腺素(NE)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)的含量。结果:E1组中NE和5-HT含量较C组分别呈极显著性和显著性升高(P〈0.01、P〈0.05);E2组中NE和5-HT含量较C组无差异性变化。结论:1.递增负荷运动后的即刻,CSF中NE和5-HT含量均升至最高,对降低运动性中枢疲劳有一定的意义。2.递增负荷运动后的24h,CSF中的NE和5-HT含量降低为脑组织提供了良好的微环境。

Objective : To research the impact of additive loading exercises on the dynamic change in CSF to provide basic research materials for sports -induced central nerve fatigue mechanism. Methods: 29 SD male rats are randomly divided into the control group, (Group C n =10) the immediate group after additive exercises (Group E1 n = 10) and 24h group after additive exercises ( Group E2 n = 10). Rats'CSF is extracted to test the content of NE and 5 - HT. Results: There is a marked increase in the NE and 5 -HT content in group E1 compared with that in group C (P 〈0.01 P 〈 0.05 ; there is no marked difference in the NE and 5 - HT content in group E2 and that in group C. Conclusion : After the additive loading exercises, the NE and 5 - HT content in the CSF in the immediate group rises to the highest level, which is of certain significance in decreasing sports - induced central nerve fatigue ; in the 24h group after the additive exercises, the NE and 5 - HT content in CSF are lowered to produce a good micro environment for the cerebral tissue.
