随着整个民营科技企业的迅猛发展，中小型民营科技企业在我国经济发展中的地位和作用越来越突出，但同时也遇到了许多问题，其中资金短缺、融资困难已成为制约其快速发展的“瓶颈”。文章从中小型民营科技企业产权制度缺陷的角度，分析研究产权制度缺陷对中小型民营科技企业融资的影响，并提出了相应的对策建议。
隨著整箇民營科技企業的迅猛髮展，中小型民營科技企業在我國經濟髮展中的地位和作用越來越突齣，但同時也遇到瞭許多問題，其中資金短缺、融資睏難已成為製約其快速髮展的“瓶頸”。文章從中小型民營科技企業產權製度缺陷的角度，分析研究產權製度缺陷對中小型民營科技企業融資的影響，併提齣瞭相應的對策建議。

With the rapid development of science and technology, small and medium-sized private enterprises are playing a prominent role in the Chinese economic development. However, they also face many problems like shortage of funds and financing difficulty etc, which have become ＂bottleneck＂ to the enterprises＇ growth. This paper ,from the perspective of property rights,analyses how the defeats in current property-rights-system affect the financing of small and medium-sized private enterprises in science and technology field, and puts forward some corresponding adyice and countermeasure.
