目前，电子警察执法中存在取证设备技术缺陷、行业技术标准缺失、监控点设置不规范和执法人员操作资格认证制度缺失等问题，严重影响了证据材料的采集工作。鉴于此，必须建立电子警察执法证据材料采集立法规范，促进行业标准尽快出台，推进交通管理科学技术更新，以确保证据材料采集工作的有效性，确保电子警察执法的公正性。

At present, such problems as technical flaws of evidence obtaining equipment, lacking of industrial technical criterion, non - standarization of the installation of monitoring points as well as shortage of qualification authentication system of law - enforcement staff still existin the law - enforcement of electronic police, which seriously influences the collection of evidence materials. Therefore, legislative norms for obtaining evidence materials by eletronic police must be established to promote the issue of industrial criterion, to push forward the innovation of sicence and technology of traffic management, thus to ensure the effectiveness oif the collection of evi- dence materials and the justice of law - enforcement of electronic police.
