本文选取了博士生论文的确定途径、博士生的研究与导师研究之间的关系、博士生跟导师探讨博士论文的频率和博士生对导师指导论文的认可程度这四个维度,比较分析了中日两国博士生学习与生活的数据。结果发现,我国博士生在学位论文指导过程中需要进一步提高科研自主性和独立性,加强导师与博士生之间的互动,更好地发挥导师的引导和决策作用,才能提高博士生创新能力,保证博士生培养的质量。
本文選取瞭博士生論文的確定途徑、博士生的研究與導師研究之間的關繫、博士生跟導師探討博士論文的頻率和博士生對導師指導論文的認可程度這四箇維度,比較分析瞭中日兩國博士生學習與生活的數據。結果髮現,我國博士生在學位論文指導過程中需要進一步提高科研自主性和獨立性,加彊導師與博士生之間的互動,更好地髮揮導師的引導和決策作用,纔能提高博士生創新能力,保證博士生培養的質量。

PhDs are the main power of knowledge innovation today. The quality of PhD candidates is related to the overall level of China's human resources. This paper focuses on the Ph.D. thesis supervision, comparing Sino-Japanese practices on several questions, including the way to choose topic, the relation with tutor's topic, the frequency of tutorial, and the satisfaction degree of PhD candidates. It also analyzes the differences with grades and subjects. The data reveal that Chinese PhD candidates need to enhance their selfdetermination and independence on research work, improve mutual communication between tutors and PhD candidates, so as to ensure the high quality of doetorial education.
