对22例重症急性胰腺炎患者进行前瞻性研究.均为22例重症急性胰腺炎,年龄20～70岁,非手术组和手术组各11例,结果显示非手术组11例均痊愈,而手术组4例死亡.提示坏死性胰腺炎能非手术治愈,而且治疗效果明显优于手术治疗.
對22例重癥急性胰腺炎患者進行前瞻性研究.均為22例重癥急性胰腺炎,年齡20～70歲,非手術組和手術組各11例,結果顯示非手術組11例均痊愈,而手術組4例死亡.提示壞死性胰腺炎能非手術治愈,而且治療效果明顯優于手術治療.

a advanced study of 22 patients with severe acute panereatitis （SAP） who received operative or nonoperative treatments, aged from 20 to 70.. each group （operative or nonoperative group） got 11 patients, The therapeutic effects of 11 patients with SAP who received nonoperative treatments were cured,. Otherwise, 4 cases of operative group dead. It means that SAP could be treatmented with nonoperation and the therapeutic effects of nonoperative treatment has its own advantages than that of operative treatment
