自2006年始，我区步入了以市场为基础的就业新形势，同时，经济学科发展呈现多元化、微观化和数量化等态势。社会发展态势的变化要求西藏高校的经济系的培养方案进行优化，文章以西藏大学经济系为具体案例，探索了经济学系的课程设置的应用性和实践性，激励教师投入社会和科研实践以转换教学方式方法和丰富授课内容，并进一步加强建设实习基地并提高利用效率。
自2006年始，我區步入瞭以市場為基礎的就業新形勢，同時，經濟學科髮展呈現多元化、微觀化和數量化等態勢。社會髮展態勢的變化要求西藏高校的經濟繫的培養方案進行優化，文章以西藏大學經濟繫為具體案例，探索瞭經濟學繫的課程設置的應用性和實踐性，激勵教師投入社會和科研實踐以轉換教學方式方法和豐富授課內容，併進一步加彊建設實習基地併提高利用效率。
자2006년시，아구보입료이시장위기출적취업신형세，동시，경제학과발전정현다원화、미관화화수양화등태세。사회발전태세적변화요구서장고교적경제계적배양방안진행우화，문장이서장대학경제계위구체안례，탐색료경제학계적과정설치적응용성화실천성，격려교사투입사회화과연실천이전환교학방식방법화봉부수과내용，병진일보가강건설실습기지병제고이용효솔。
The employment situation started to be market-based from 2006 in Tibet Autonomous Region and the economics tends to be diversified, microscopic and quantificat. The change of social development demands the further optimization of program plan of the economics. This paper, taking the Economics Department of Tibet University as an example, explores the application and practice of subjects＇ arrangement in the Economics Department, encouraging teachers to be involved in society and scientific studies for shifting the teaching way and enriching the teaching content and to make the best use of the internship base.
