The concept of tacit knowledge and Kim' s learning model, namely, "Observe, Assess, Design, Implement Shared Mental Model( OADI- SMM)" is introduced. The "Apprenticeship Skill Improvement Model"(ASIM) is constructed and it is proposed that the training process should follow the order of professional skill - multiple skill - innovative skill. By doing this, enterprises can achieve organizational learning and realize knowledge sharing and innovation. The purpose is to offer the suggestion for enterprise on how to training workers skillfully, and increasing the number of high quality technician in order to improve the core competitiveness for Chinese enterprises.
