针对配送中心以固定周期为零售商送货、零售商单位时间需求为均匀分布的分销系统,研究了变质率呈Weibull分布的易腐货品的最优补货策略.通过引入对变质情况具有良好模拟性的三参数Weibull函数来描述易腐货品的变质特性,建立了每周期易腐货品的最优补货策略模型.经过模型取优,并借助于MATLAB得到了求解最优补货策略的方法.最后给出了二个算例仿真.

Studies the optimal inventory replenishing policy for items with Weibull distribution in random demand under conditions that the distributor delivers goods to retailers at fixed intervals and the demand of retailers within unit time presents uniform distribution. Introducing the 3-parameter Weibull function which is favorable to the simulation for deterioration of items to describe their deteriorating rates, an optimal inventory replenishing model is developed for perishable items at each and every fixed interval, Then, the model is solved to form the optimal inventory replenishing policy via preferred selection and by virtue of MATLAB. Two numerical simulations are given as examples.
