目的:mTOR信号调控骨骼肌蛋白翻译过程,本研究旨在探讨耐力运动对骨骼肌mTOR蛋白表达的影响。方法:SD大鼠分为运动组和对照组。运动组大鼠进行跑台坡度5°,上坡跑,速度20m/min,60min/次的跑台运动后12h,采用RT—PCR方法测定腓肠肌mTOR mRNA,western blot测定mTOR蛋白的表达。结果:1次急性运动后大鼠骨骼肌mTOR mRNA和蛋白表达显著上升(P〈0.05),4周持续耐力运动后大鼠骨骼肌mTOR mRNA和蛋白表达显著上升(P〈0.05)。结论:耐力运动后骨骼肌mTOR表达上升,提示mTOR可能参与肌肉生长对运动适应的调控。

목적:mTOR신호조공골격기단백번역과정,본연구지재탐토내력운동대골격기mTOR단백표체적영향。방법:SD대서분위운동조화대조조。운동조대서진행포태파도5°,상파포,속도20m/min,60min/차적포태운동후12h,채용RT—PCR방법측정비장기mTOR mRNA,western blot측정mTOR단백적표체。결과:1차급성운동후대서골격기mTOR mRNA화단백표체현저상승(P〈0.05),4주지속내력운동후대서골격기mTOR mRNA화단백표체현저상승(P〈0.05)。결론:내력운동후골격기mTOR표체상승,제시mTOR가능삼여기육생장대운동괄응적조공。
Aim: The mTOR signal regulates protein translation of skeletal muscle. The purpose was to investigate the effect of endurance exercise on the expression of mTOR protein in skeletal muscle. Methods: SD rats were divided into control group and exercise group. Using RT-PCR and western blot, the mTOR mRNA and protein expression of gastrocnemius muscle in rats were measured in 12 hours after treadmill exercise with 5° incline, 20m/min, 60min/ time. Results: The mTOR mRNA and protein expression increased significantly in exercise groups (p〈0.05) after one time acute exercise and so did the 4 weeks endurance exercise. Conclusions: The mTOR expression increased after endurance exercise. The data suggested that mTOR may be involved in the regulation of adaptation of muscle growth to exercise.
