目的:探讨有氧训练和大强度疲劳训练对大鼠房室结(Atrioventricular node,AVN)显微结构及Bax、Bcl-2表达的影响。方法:采用跑台训练方式。建立大鼠有氧运动和疲劳运动模型,分别采用普通HE染色及免疫组织化学SABC法观察AVN组织结构及该区调亡蛋白Bax、Bcl-2表达的变化。结果:有氧训练组AVN组织结构良好,传导细胞较多且界限清晰、结构完整,Bax表达低于安静对照组和疲劳训练组;Bel-2表达则相反,显著高于安静对照组和疲劳运动组;Bcl-2/Bax比率有氧运动组显著高于安静对照组和疲劳运动组。疲劳训练组AVN实质细胞分布稀疏、单位面积下细胞数目减少且有区域化溶解和空泡化现象,Bax表达显著高于安静对照组和有氧运动组;但Bcl-2及Bcl-2/Bax比率显著低于安静对照组和疲劳训练组。结论:不同强度运动训练影响大鼠AVN传导细胞及该区Bax、Bcl-2的表达,有氧运动能使大鼠AVN传导细胞显示良性变化且抑制传导细胞凋亡。大强度疲劳训练可造成AVN传导细胞发生病理改变、促进AVN传导细胞凋亡,与运动实践中运动性心律失常及运动猝死关系密切。

목적:탐토유양훈련화대강도피로훈련대대서방실결(Atrioventricular node,AVN)현미결구급Bax、Bcl-2표체적영향。방법:채용포태훈련방식。건립대서유양운동화피로운동모형,분별채용보통HE염색급면역조직화학SABC법관찰AVN조직결구급해구조망단백Bax、Bcl-2표체적변화。결과:유양훈련조AVN조직결구량호,전도세포교다차계한청석、결구완정,Bax표체저우안정대조조화피로훈련조;Bel-2표체칙상반,현저고우안정대조조화피로운동조;Bcl-2/Bax비솔유양운동조현저고우안정대조조화피로운동조。피로훈련조AVN실질세포분포희소、단위면적하세포수목감소차유구역화용해화공포화현상,Bax표체현저고우안정대조조화유양운동조;단Bcl-2급Bcl-2/Bax비솔현저저우안정대조조화피로훈련조。결론:불동강도운동훈련영향대서AVN전도세포급해구Bax、Bcl-2적표체,유양운동능사대서AVN전도세포현시량성변화차억제전도세포조망。대강도피로훈련가조성AVN전도세포발생병리개변、촉진AVN전도세포조망,여운동실천중운동성심률실상급운동졸사관계밀절。
Purpose: To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise and higher intensity training on the micro-structure of Atrioventricular node (AVN) of rat and expression of Bax and Bel-2. Method: Established the model of aerobic exercise and fatigue exercise of rats with the training of treadmill and observed the tissue structure and the expression of Bax, Bcl-2 of apoptosis protein of AVN with HE and SABC respectively. Results: The tissue structure of AVN in aerobic exercise was well, the conducting cell was more and the boundary was clear, the expression of Bax was lower than the groups of quiet and fatigue exercise, but the expression of Bcl-2 was higher than the groups of quiet and fatigue exercise. The rate of Bcl-2 and Bax in aerobic exercise group was sig- nificant higher than the groups of quiet and fatigue exercise. The distribution of cell of AVN in fatigue exercise group was scattered and the number of cell reduced and produced the resolution and vacuole, the Bax was higher than the groups of quiet and aerobic exercise. Conclusions: Different intensity training influenced the conducting cells of AVN of rats and the expression of Bax and Bcl-2. Aerobic exercise can make the conducting ceils of AVN of rats produce positive change and inhibit the ceils apoptosis. Large intensity fatigue exercise may lead to pathological change and apoptosis of the conducting cell of AVN and maybe relate closely to the arythmia and death in the sport training.
