In the process of constructing the harmonious society, people＇s mediation attracts many attention. People＇s mediation system embodies many new characteristics, including to further complete the relative laws, to extend the field for people＇s mediation mechanism, to develop the people＇s mediation organization, to qualify the abilities of the staff in the work team, to enhance the effectiveness of mediating, to coordinate the mediation mechanism with other mechanism for dispute resolution, to make full use of people＇s mediation to resolve social conflicts and oppositions, to continuously develop the harmonious relationship among people and to promote the construction of the harmonious society.
