为了全面落实由教育部、国家体育总局、共青团中央倡导的“阳光体育运动”在高校的开展与实施,促进大学生的体质健康,运用文献资料法和逻辑推理法,在全面解读活动内涵的基础上,阐明了活动开展的现实意义;分析了制约大学生体质健康发展的社会因素和当前高校体育教育体制内部存在的问题。提出了应将“阳光体育运动”的主导思想纳入到高校体育课程的改革中,树立融教学、锻炼(训练)、竞赛于一体的完整的体育课程观念,建立了选项分层教学的高校体育课程模式;进一步加大了体育课程资源在健康、娱乐、社会、文化等方面的开发;将课内外一体化、突出学生主体参与的活动课程体系,作为全体学生参与和实践“阳光体育运动”的主要形式,并把强调体质健康和体育能力的培养作为课程评价体系的双要素,以强化其对开展“阳光体育运动”的检验、反馈与激励的综合作用。
為瞭全麵落實由教育部、國傢體育總跼、共青糰中央倡導的“暘光體育運動”在高校的開展與實施,促進大學生的體質健康,運用文獻資料法和邏輯推理法,在全麵解讀活動內涵的基礎上,闡明瞭活動開展的現實意義;分析瞭製約大學生體質健康髮展的社會因素和噹前高校體育教育體製內部存在的問題。提齣瞭應將“暘光體育運動”的主導思想納入到高校體育課程的改革中,樹立融教學、鍛煉(訓練)、競賽于一體的完整的體育課程觀唸,建立瞭選項分層教學的高校體育課程模式;進一步加大瞭體育課程資源在健康、娛樂、社會、文化等方麵的開髮;將課內外一體化、突齣學生主體參與的活動課程體繫,作為全體學生參與和實踐“暘光體育運動”的主要形式,併把彊調體質健康和體育能力的培養作為課程評價體繫的雙要素,以彊化其對開展“暘光體育運動”的檢驗、反饋與激勵的綜閤作用。

This paper is written for the purpose of a thorough implementation and development of the "the Sunshine Sports Program" in colleges and universities promoted by the Ministry of Education, National Administrative Bureau of Sports and the Central Committee of Communist Youth League in order to improve the physical health condition of college students. By means of literature review and logical reasoning,based on a full understanding of the essence of the program, the authors have illustrated the practical significance of the program and analyzed the social factors inhibiting the development of the physical health of college students and the problems inherent in the current physical education system. The authors propose that the main idea of the Sunshine Sports Program should be included in the reformation of college physical education course and that a comprehensive P. E. course system which integrates teaching, training and competing, as well as an optional and multi-level P. E. course mode should he set up. It is also suggested that further exploring of P. E. resources in health, entertainment, society and culture should be conducted,the combination of in-class and after-class activities and the participation in the Sunshine Sports Program by every individual student as the primary form of participation should be emphasized, and the cultivation of physical fitness and athletic a- bility should be regarded as the twinfactors in the evaluation system of the course,so as to reinforce the integrated functions of examination,feedback and incentives of the Sunshine Sports Program.
