为了研究白藜芦醇干预对耐力训练小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、血清IL-2、sIL-2R和IgG浓度的影响。根据体重将72只昆明雄性小鼠随机分为三组:A组为安静对照组;B组为耐力训练组;C组为耐力训练+白藜芦醇组。C组小鼠每日给予白藜芦醇10mg/kg灌胃,与B组共同进行6周递增负荷游泳训练,最后一天进行力竭游泳实验并记录运动时间。力竭后24h处死小鼠取材,测定各组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数,血清II。2、slI.一2R和IgG浓度。结果发现:白藜芦醇显著提高耐力训练小鼠力竭游泳时间(P〈0.05);6周耐力训练使小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数显著低于安静对照组(P〈0.05).白藜芦醇显著提高耐力训练小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数(P〈O.05);6周耐力训练对小鼠血清IL-2、sIL-2R和IgG浓度均无显著影响(P〉0.05),而白黎芦醇显著提高耐力训练小鼠血清IL-2和IgG浓度(P〈0.05)。得出结论:6周大强度耐力训练使小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力显著降低,但对小鼠血清IL-2、sIL-2R和IgG浓度等免疫指标无显著影响。白藜芦醇干预提高了耐力训练小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、血清IL-2和IgG的浓度。提示白藜芦醇可能是通过提高耐力训练小鼠的细胞免疫功能而提高其运动能力的。

Objectives:The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of resveratrol treatment on the phagocyte capacity of peritoneal macrophage, IL-2, sIL-2R and IgG concentration in serum of mice performing endurance exercise. Methods: 72 Kunming male mice were randomly divided into 3 groups according to weight:group A (Sedentary Control) ,group B (Endurance exercise) and group C (Resveratrol + Endurance exercise). Administrated of resveratrol with 10 mg kg-ld-l,the mice of group C were given incre- mental load protocol of swimming for six weeks,and then an exhaustion swimming as did the mice of group B. All mice were sacrificed and sampled after the last 24 hours' swimming test and record of time used. The following parameters in mice were tested:phagocytic indexes and phagocytic rate of peritoneal macrophage, IL-2,sIL-2R and IgG concen- tration in sermn of mice. Results:ResveratroI treatment has significantly extended swim- ming time to exhausted in mice performing endurance exercise(P〈0.05). The phagocytic indexes and phagocytic rate of peritoneal macrophage in training mice has significantly decreased compared with sedentary control group after 6 weeks training (P〈0. 05), while resveratrol treatment resulted in significant increase in phagocytic indexes and phagocytic rate of peritoneal macrophage of mice performing endurance exercise (P〈 0.05). Conclusion: Six weeks' endurance exercise had no effects on IL-2, sIL-2R and IgG concentration in serum of mice, whereas resveratrol treatment improved phagocytic capacity of peritoneal macrophage, enhanced IL-72 and IgG concentration in serum of mice performing endurance. It was suggested that reseveratrol treatment has enhanced the immunity capacity, and thus benefited the athletic performance of mice performing endurance exercise.
