为了分析1kg倍数新规则对女子举重竞赛的影响,探讨新规则对举重训练的重要导向,为我国女子举重比赛中战术的实施提供科学依据,为举重训练提供客观指导。采取文献资料法、数理统计法和访谈法对2002年和2006年全国女子举重锦标赛暨亚运会选拔赛进行统计分析。研究结果表明新规则对运动员大强度试举的成功率要求提高;试举重量这一战术因素作用增加,战术运用的空间加大;新规则实施使比赛更加合理、激烈,裁判工作节奏加快。研究结论：大强度重量的试举成功率应作为女子举重训练的重要部分;深刻把握新规则内涵才能制定正确的战术手段,增加比赛取胜的机率;裁判的工作节奏随着规则的改变,其节奏更加紧张。

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of the new rule of one kilogram＇s multiple on women＇s weightlifting competition, to discuss the important guidance of new rule for the weightlifting training,to provide scientific basis for the implementation of tactics for women＇s weightlifting competition in China and to offer objective guidance for weightlifting training. By means of literature review,mathematical statistics and interviews,the data gained from the National Women＇s Weightlifting Championship and from the Asian Games trials held in 2002 and 2006 have been collected and analyzed. The findings indicate that the new rule has a greater demand on athletes＇ rate of success of trial lift of great intensity the function of the tactic factor of trial lift has been increased; the usefulness of utilization of tactics is enhanced;and the implementation of the new rule makes the competition more fair,competitive and the referees＇ working rhythm faster. It is concluded that increasing the success rate of trial weight of great intensity should be regarded as the significant part for women＇s weightlifting training, correct decision of proper tactics and increased success rate of competition should be based only on the profound understanding of the connotation of the new rule, and finally, referees＇ working rhythm has become more tense along with the change of the rule.
