The set of full rank matrices is proved to be open and dense, using the theory of singular value decomposition. The effect of the rank of a matrihis paper, by using some matrix techniques and elementary operations on matrix equations,we give a condition and expression of general solution of two kinds of matrix equationsAXB=CYD, AXB = C.
