随着全国职业教育蓬勃发展，课程改革已成为职业院校十分现实的课题，包括职业教育的培养目标、教学内容、教学方法等。笔者按照新的职业教育理念，将高职护理专业的《药理学》课程在培养目标、教学内容、教学方法甚至课程名称等方面均进行了全面的改革。改革后的课程密切结合了护理职业岗位，突出了能力目标，体现了以学生为中心，实现了知识、理论、实践一体化。
수착전국직업교육봉발발전，과정개혁이성위직업원교십분현실적과제，포괄직업교육적배양목표、교학내용、교학방법등。필자안조신적직업교육이념，장고직호리전업적《약이학》과정재배양목표、교학내용、교학방법심지과정명칭등방면균진행료전면적개혁。개혁후적과정밀절결합료호리직업강위，돌출료능력목표，체현료이학생위중심，실현료지식、이론、실천일체화。
With the vigorous development of the national vocational education, curriculum reform has become very real issues for higher colleges, including vocational education training objectives, contents and methods of teaching and so on. In accordance with the new concept of vocational education, we have reformed ＂ Pharmacology＂ course at the training objectives, contents and methods of teaching and even the name of course. The reformed curriculum has closely combined with professional posts of nursing, highlighted ability target, refleeted student-centered, and realized the integration of knowledge, theory and practice.
